Returns

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know by email at rebeccakerry@danleymarshes.co.uk, then send the item back or drop it at the tack shop within 14 days of telling us.

Condition

Items should be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels attached, so we can resell them. Rugs must be clean with no hair on the lining. Try rugs on over a clean sheet. If an item comes back used or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Refunds

We'll refund the item price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Faulty items

If something is faulty, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
